NUMURKAH COMMUNITY NEST BOX BUILDING WORKSHOP

When: Sunday, August 18, 2024Where: Numurkah Football Club rooms
Time: 10am to 12pm followed by light lunch Come along and get involved in our Numurkah Community Nest Box building project and help create habitat for our local native wildlife. Nest box kits and associated equipment is supplied, however if you are able to bring a cordless drill on the day, that would be helpful. A brief talk about our local native critters, nest box design, building instruction and assistance will be provided. Enjoy the displays, take home your own nest box ‘construction instructions’ so you may continue your newfound nest box building skills at home, and enjoy a hearty lunch supplied by the Baulkamaugh CWA! Please note that all boxes will be retained by GMLN to be installed in surrounding bushland at a later date as part of a larger project.
